More Canning
Our stake has a fabulous Preparedness Specialist. He made a deal with Broulims to get cases of boneless skinless chicken breasts in for $1.50 per lb. What a deal!!!! I picked up my case yesterday. Between Eugene and I we got all 40 lbs. into jars and processed. The case yeilded 19 pts and 6 qts. of bottled white meat chicken. I love having bottled meat on my shelves! Gives me a sense of security.

Bottled meat really? That turns my stomach but I believe you! And I guess if you were desperate it would taste good?
It tastes good even if we aren't desperate. It's great to have on hand to make soups, casseroles, chicken salad, quesadillas. The list goes on and on! :)
